Top 5 Women Fashion Entrepreneurs Under 30: Natalie Glaze

Featured in Forbes 30 under 30 list, Nathalie is an avid blogger with two successful companies under her belt: Stay Wild Swimwear and By Glaze. Inspired by her love of the sea, you will see this influence in the designs of both her swimwear line and her By Glaze jewellery designs. Sustainability and conscious lifestyles are the core of everything she does. A huge advocate for slow fashion, Natalie has understood the challenges that all new companies must face when entering the market and uses sustainable materials for both her brands in an effort to limit their environmental impact.

Top 5 Women Fashion Entrepreneurs Under 30: Melanie Marsden

Featured in 2021 in Forbes 30 under 30 list, Melanie is the founder of Lounge. Launched in 2015, Lounge is now the 5th fastest growing company in the UK and sells loungewear, underwear, intimate sets and even swimwear. Known for its incredibly comfortable and beautiful designs, the brand also offsets 100% of their carbon emission with environments projects they are passionate about. An incredible accomplishment for Melanie who co-founded the brand with her partner Dan with only £1000! In 2016, the couple launched the brand officially with operations quickly outgrowing their living room and the company has since gone from strength to strength.

In addition to her contribution to fashion, Zanna is also an avid lifestyle, fitness and travel blogger and has founded Thrive Money HQ; a digital platform aimed at educating the public and breaking down barriers to financial education. Zanna’s brand grew as she gained experience in the fitness industry and spread her message across social media. This lead to writing her first book, Strong. She caught media attention, securing covers on Sunday Times Style magazine, Women’s Fitness magazine and Healthy magazine; as well as spreads in Women’s Health and Glamour.

Jessica Warch

Lst but certainly not least on our list of Top 5 Women Fashion Entrepreneurs Under 30, co-founder of jewellery brand Kimaï, Jessica has launched the brand in 2018 along with her childhood friend Sidney Neuhaus. Both entrepreneurs come from families in the jewellery and diamond business having grown-up in Antwerp, Belgium. Their desire to launch their own jewellery brand stems from the lack of traceability and transparency in the diamond industry. Made using only 18k gold and lab grown diamond (which are chemically identical to mined), the business partners have launched a fine jewellery brand with modern and affordable pieces.
